Opt out of the sale of your information

When you ask us to connect you with agents, each one pays us for the introduction. Some state laws call that a "sale." To opt out, email info@luxkeep.org with the subject line "Do Not Sell" and the phone number or email you used on our site. We will:

Stop passing any new request of yours to agents.
Tell every agent who already received your request that you opted out.
Confirm by email within 10 business days.

You can also send the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. If it is on, our forms add a separate box asking whether you still want your request sent to agents. Leave it unticked and nothing is sent. The box above shows whether your browser is sending the signal right now.

Stop calls and texts

Reply STOP to any text.
Tell any agent who calls to place you on their do not call list.
Email info@luxkeep.org with the subject "Do Not Call" and your phone number.

See, fix or delete your information

Email info@luxkeep.org and tell us which one you want:

See it: a copy of what we have about you.
Fix it: correct anything that is wrong.
Delete it: we delete everything except the consent and do not call records the law requires us to keep, and we keep those only to prove we followed the rules.

We answer within 45 days.

How we confirm it is you

To keep anyone else from getting your information, we match the phone number or email address you send us against the ones on your request. We may ask you to confirm one of them. We will never ask for a password, a Social Security number or payment details. Someone you authorize can also make a request for you, with your signed permission.

If we say no

If we turn down your request, our answer will say why. You can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we will respond within 45 days. If you still disagree, you can contact your state attorney general.

You do not need an account, and you will not be asked to share anything new to make a request. We never charge for this.
